HYBRID PERSONAL TRAINING

Need to stay on track and be held accountable for you workouts? Our hybrid training sessions can help fine-tune your workouts, and make sure you show up when life makes other plans; and you don’t have to think about which workout do.  You’ll share your trainer’s time with another guest who shares your similar fitness goals. It’s a fun and cost-effective way to personal training if your are not new and experienced around the gym  – and to be kept accountable when you don’t feel like working-out on your own.
