Maddy’s mission as a NASM certified strength and conditioning coach is to help her clients achieve not only a body they love but one that they truly feel free and alive in. Her approach centers on a comprehensive view of your unique health, ensuring that the results you achieve in the gym are 1) sustainable and 2) bring out the happiest version of yourself.
Many of her dedicated clients start seeing noticeable results within the first 8 weeks without resorting to extreme diets. Maddy emphasizes education throughout your journey, guiding you on both the “how” and the “why” as she designs a personalized movement and nutrition plan that is simpatico with your lifestyle and things you already love.
Maddy has also dedicated her career to understanding what it takes to strengthen a women’s body, no matter her age or background. As a female athlete who has come out the other side of her own hormone imbalances, Maddy has developed a specialized training program tailored specifically for protecting and balancing women’s hormones in all phases of life. This program incorporates the latest scientific insights on female physiology throughout the process of building lean muscle and/or weight loss.
